The Catalyst Program is an online professional learning community that will examine and reflect on Catholic school leadership themes aligned with the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Schools. Participants will form a national cohort who, together, will explore important topics in Catholic school leadership. This program will run through the spring semester of 2024.
Catholic School Mission and Catholic Identity
February 10 - 16: Module overview and reading engagement and online discussion.
February 17 - 23: Work week and Catholic identity presentation
February 24 - March 2: Personal Reflection

March 3 - 9: Module overview and reading engagement and online discussion.

Celebrating the Fruits
May 12 - 19: Reflection, Examen, Discernment, and Presentation of School Improvement Projects
Participants who complete the Catalyst Program for Aspiring Catholic School Leaders will recieve a certificate of completion for 45 hours of professional development. Completers are eligible to continue their studies in a credit-bearing Catholic school leadership program, counting their Catalyst experience as three experential learning transfer credits. Both protégés and mentors are eligible.
